TITLE OF MATCH: Delaware State Service Rifle Match
PLACE AND DATE: Bridgeville, Delaware, September 8, 2019

CONDITIONS GOVERNING MATCH:
  RULES: CMP Competitions Rules
OPEN TO: Any citizen of the United States 16 years of age or older (Distinguished personnel are eligible to compete for Place Awards only. However, if range facilities limit the number of entries which can be accepted, priority will be given to non-Distinguished competitors.
COURSE OF FIRE: National Match Course. Electronic targets will used, if availavble.

First Stage:      Slow fire, 200 yards; target, short range competitive (SR).  10 shots standing, 1 minute per shot.  The sling must be attached to the rifle but not be used for support.

Second Stage: Sustained fire 200 yards; target, short range competitive (SR).  10 shots sitting or kneeling from standing with magazine change; 60 seconds firing time.

Third Stage:     Sustained fire 300 yards; target, short range competitive (SR-3).  10 shots prone from standing with magazine change; 70 seconds firing time.

Fourth Stage:  Slow fire 600 yards; target midrange competitive (MR-1).  20 shots prone; one minute per shot.

ARM: US Rifle Caliber .30M1/M1NM; US Rifle Caliber 7.62 mm M1/M1NM; US Rifle Caliber 7.62 mm M14/M14NM; or Civilian Equivalent, having not less than 4.5 pound trigger pull, with standard stock and sights as issued; or the US Rifle Caliber 5.56 mm M16 series or commercial equivalent, as prescribed by the Civilian Marksmanship Program for use in the National Matches.
AMMUNITION: May be any safe ammunition.  No tracers or incendiary ammunition may be used.
