2019 DELAWARE STATE HIGH POWER RIFLE CHAMPIONSHIP, Range 1

RULES: Current NRA rules will govern the conduct of the match. (Pertinent NRA rules will apply for use of electronic targets.)
ELIGIBILITY: NRA membership is not required to compete in NRA sanctioned matches, although it is strongly encouraged.
RIFLES ALLOWED: Service Rifle – Rule 3.1 and NRA Match Rifle – Rule 3.3. No compensators or muzzle brakes allowed – Rule 3.16.1
TARGETS: SR target at 200 yards. SR-3 target at 300 yards. MR-1 target at 600 yards. (Electronic targets will be used.)
CLASSIFICATION: NRA High Power classification cards, or temporary score books are required.
CATEGORIES: Minimum of 5 shooters required to form a class/category.
SQUADDING: At Statistical Office commencing at 7:00 a.m.
Prepaid entries will be squadded first. Entries made by telephone cannot be guaranteed.
Competitors are required to check in by 7:45 a.m.
Entries end at 7:50 a.m. the day of the match and are restricted to the first 50 paid competitors.

GENERAL: Competitors will be required to serve as score keepers. The Match Director is authorized to reduce the match in shots fired or distance due to range conditions. Refunds will not be provided once the match has commenced.

DEPOSIT: $10.00 deposit received prior to the match will hold entry. Shooter should call prior to match date to confirm receipt. Deposit may be forfeited if shooter fails to notify club of cancellation prior to match date.
AWARDS: Awards will be given in each category and class. Awards will be given to each multiple of 5 competitors in each category. Competitors may not win more than one award in each match. Classes and/or categories will be combined at the discretion of the match director.
ENTRY FEE: $35.00
CHALLENGES: $2.00 per challenge LOST.
MATCH DIRECTOR: Jeff Hague
PRACTICE DATE: Day before scheduled match. Prior arrangements are required.
CAMPING SPACE: Available at the range. Electrical connection is available.
COURSE OF FIRE:
MATCH #1: 200 yds. 20 shots for record offhand with 2 sighting shots. Time limit 22 total minutes.
MATCH #2: 200 yds. Rapid fire. 2 – 10 shot strings sitting or kneeling. 60 sec. per string.
MATCH #3: 300 yds. Rapid fire. 2 – 10 shot strings prone. 70 sec. per string.
MATCH #4: 600 yds. 20 shots for record prone with 2 sighting shots. Time limit 22 total minutes.
MATCH #5: Aggregate of rapid fire matches 2 & 3.
MATCH #6: Aggregate of slow fire matches 1 & 4.
MATCH #7: Grand aggregate of matches 1, 2, 3 & 4.
SIGHTERS: 2 sighting shots will be given for matches 2 and 3 prior to the rapid fire strings. Time limit, 2 minutes.
A COOKOUT WILL BE HELD FOLLOWING THE COMPLETION OF THE MATCH
