2019 DE State Fullbore Championship

RULES: Current NRA International Fullbore Prone Rifle Rules will govern the conduct of the match. (Pertinent NRA rules will apply for use of electronic targets.)
ELIGIBILITY: NRA membership is not required to compete in NRA sanctioned matches, although it is strongly encouraged.
RIFLES ALLOWED: Target Rifle – Rule 3.3.5(a) – unmodified .308 and Rule 3.3.5(b) – unmodified .223; F-Class- Rule 3.4 (a), (b). Note: The Service Rifles M14 or civilian equivalent and M16 or civilian equivalent with iron sights fall within rules 3.3.5(a) and (b). The M1 Garand Service rifle is authorized if chambered in.308 Winchester/7.62mm NATO. Only iron sights are permitted on all rifles.
No compensators or muzzle brakes allowed.
AMMUNITION:
TARGET RIFLE: .308/7.62mm with a maximum permitted bullet weight of less than 156 grains or .223/5.56mm x 45 with a maximum permitted bullet weight of less than 92 grains. Rule 3.17a.
F-Class RIFLE: Ammunition of any description that may be fired without danger to competitors or range personnel. Rule 3.17b.
TARGETS: MR63 MR-63CF (300 yd.); MR-65, MR-65F (500 yd.); MR-1, MR-1CF (600 yards.); LR, LR-CF (900 and 1000 yards). (Electronic targets will be used.)
CLASSIFICATION: NRA Fullbore/F-Class classification cards, or temporary score books are required.
CATEGORIES: Minimum of 5 shooters required to form a class/category.
SQUADDING: At Statistical Office commencing at 7:30 a.m.
Prepaid entries will be squadded first. Entries made by telephone cannot be guaranteed.
Competitors are required to check in by 8:15 a.m.
Entries end at 8:20 a.m. the day of the match and are restricted to the first 40 paid competitors.

GENERAL: Competitors will be required to serve as score keepers. The Match Director is authorized to reduce the match in shots fired or distance due to range conditions. Refunds will not be provided once the match has commenced.

DEPOSIT: $10.00 deposit received prior to the match will hold entry. Shooter should call prior to match date to confirm receipt. Deposit may be forfeited if shooter fails to notify club of cancellation prior to match date.
AWARDS: Awards will be given in each category and class. Awards will be given to each multiple of 5 competitors in each category. Competitors may not win more than one award in each match. Classes and/or categories will be combined at the discretion of the match director.
ENTRY FEE: $60 for both days.
CHALLENGES: $2.00 per challenge LOST.

PRACTICE DATE: Practice firing will be available on Friday preceding the match in conjunction with the Palma Match beginning at 8:30 a.m. Palma Match competitors will have priority.
CAMPING SPACE: Available at the range. Electrical connection is available.
RELAYS: This tournament will be fired “Two to the mound.” Relay 1 & 2 will alternate shots and score each other. Relay 3 & 4 will alternate shots and score each other. Shooter has 45 seconds to shoot a shot after scoring previous shot is complete.
Relays 1 & 2 will shoot first each day.

SATURDAY: TARGET RIFLE IRON SIGHTS, SERVICE RIFLE, PALMA, F-OPEN and F-TR
MATCH 1: 300-yd prone slow fire, Target Rifle or F-Class, 2 convertible sighters, 10 record shots.
MATCH 2: 500-yd prone slow fire, Target Rifle or F-Class, 2 convertible sighters, 10 record shots.
MATCH 3: 600-yd prone slow fire, Target Rifle or F-Class, 2 convertible sighters, 10 record shots.
MATCH 4: 900-yd prone slow fire, Target Rifle or F-Class, 2 convertible sighters, 15 record shots.
MATCH 5: Aggregate of Matches 1 – 4.
SUNDAY: TARGET RIFLE IRON SIGHTS, SERVICE RIFLE, PALMA, F-OPEN and F-TR
MATCH 6: 300-yd prone slow fire, Target Rifle or F-Class, 2 convertible sighters, 10 record shots.
MATCH 7: 500-yd prone slow fire, Target Rifle or F-Class, 2 convertible sighters, 10 record shots.
MATCH 8: 600-yd prone slow fire, Target Rifle or F-Class, 2 convertible sighters, 10 record shots.
